Job Description

A transportation representative acts as the primary interface between Amazon, seller and our delivery partners. Associates are expected to identify concerns and work on troubleshooting delivery partner/seller issues and provide process improvement suggestions.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times.
  • Program Operations: Oversee daily operational activities for shippers and proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Effectively manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix.
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
  • Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics.
Basic Qualifications
  • Associate degree, undergraduate with 1+ years of order management, supply chain, planning, or logistics experience.
