* Assists in preparing and organizing service parts orders by collecting data from internal systems and suppliers.
* Handles routine service parts requests, processing orders and updating inventory records under the supervision of senior team members.
* Verifies incoming service parts shipments for accuracy and condition, ensuring they meet the requirements outlined in purchase orders.
* Supports the team by providing updates on the status of orders, shipments, and inventory levels to ensure timely communication across departments.
* Processes returns of unused or defective service parts, following company procedures and keeping accurate records for future reference.
