Crypto & Payouts Operations Lead

Kash Media Group LLC (Kash Agency) supports digital creators with marketing, growth, and operational scale. We are expanding a compliance-first payments stack that combines stablecoin treasury with Colombia-ready fiat operations (local banking workflows, documentation, and controlled on/off-ramps).

About the role

You will be our Colombia anchor for day-to-day payout execution and operational discipline: coordinating local fiat steps where required, supporting stablecoin flows, maintaining clean records for Finance, and helping team leads follow approved processes. You are the person who makes “international crypto + Colombia reality” work without shortcuts.

What you will do

• Run daily payout operations for Colombia-based staff/partners: stablecoin transfers (USDC/USDT where approved) and local fiat steps when required (bank transfers, supported rails).
