Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee crushing operations and crew efficiency
• Guarantee safety in the use of heavy equipment
• Manage equipment repairs and maintenance schedules
• Maintain quality of materials throughout production
• Resolve team interpersonal conflicts and boost morale
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in gravel crushing operations
• At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Valid driver's license, Class 3 with air preferred
