About the Role

The Crusher Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, supervising and coordinating crushing crews, truckers, QC, and sub‑contractors. The Lead Hand ensures high‑quality material production, meeting required specifications, and completing projects safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with mining and environmental regulations.
