Are you an experienced criminal lawyer that will help shape the future of the criminal prosecution service in the Northern Territory?

The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) is recruiting an experienced criminal lawyer and advocate as a Crown Prosecutor.

In that role your key responsibilities will include maintaining carriage of indictable criminal prosecutions, instructing and junioring in both Supreme Court trials and the Court of Criminal Appeal. This is a position for an experienced advocate who is able to conduct less complex jury trials, sentences and breach applications in the Supreme Court as well as appear in committal proceedings and contested summary prosecutions in the Local Court.
