Cross-Functional Project Lead

We are looking for a non-IT strategic thinker to drive end-to-end high-impact projects and update daily progress to CEO. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, ensure project planning and timely execution by effective team coordination, stakeholder management, data analysis, and risk management.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating a detailed project plan including scope, schedule, resources, risk management, and communication plan.
• Building and leading a project team, defining roles and responsibilities.
• Identifying stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations, and managing communication with them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance on survey design (questionnaire preparation)
• Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality throughout.
