CRM Technical Specialist

We are partnering with a leading Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced CRM Technical Specialist. In this role, you will lead critical Microsoft Dynamics CRM upgrade projects and provide ongoing technical expertise as the organization evaluates its long-term CRM strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 (Internet Facing Deployment) to Dynamics 365 V9.0 on premises
  • Plan and execute upgrade of CRM 2015 (internal deployment) to V9.0 following initial migration success
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations
