:ApplyBoard is seeking a CRM Systems Analyst to support one of our school partners with owning and evolving their HubSpot ecosystem, enabling high-performing recruitment, admissions, and marketing operations. This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and systems—translating operational needs into scalable CRM solutions that improve conversion, productivity, and decision-making.
What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:
Lead requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis
Develop process maps, user stories, and technical specifications
Conduct gap analyses on current CRM workflows to identify inefficiencies and breakdowns
Maintain and prioritize a backlog of enhancements based on business impact and effort
Configure and manage workflows, automation, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and scoring models
