CRM Specialist

The CRM Specialist is responsible for providing data collection and analysis, rendering administrative work, and assisting in the implementation of marketing and sales activities. As the first point of contact for our Marketing and Sales Team, he/she works closely with the team and directly reports to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Proactively records data from leads generated, wins and losses
• Manages, maintains, and tracks the marketing and sales databases, does list building and data entry, and ensures that data is clean and up-to-date
• Assists in aligning marketing and sales data with CRM data
• Provides basic data analysis from data gathered
• Prepares marketing and sales reports based from data gathered
• Performs research tasks based on specifications and organizes research output for presentation
