Job Details:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our customer relationship management strategies. You will be responsible for overseeing CRM systems, executing email marketing campaigns, and enhancing customer engagement through loyalty programs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CRM platforms such as Emarsys, Klaviyo, or Dotdigital, as well as Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:
