About the Role

We’re looking for a CRM Specialist who can deliver personalised, high‑impact lifecycle marketing. You’ll own CRM strategy end‑to‑end- building journeys, deploying campaigns, and creating player experiences that drive retention, engagement, and long‑term value. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll bring structure, creativity, and data‑driven execution to every stage of the player lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM and lifecycle campaigns
  • Build structured journeys across acquisition, onboarding, active play, VIP, churn prevention, and reactivation
  • Design and deploy targeted campaigns that increase player activity and deposit frequency
