Drive impactful digital solutions as a Senior CRM Solutions Designer based in Toronto, ON, with a flexible hybrid work model. Your role will be pivotal in customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud for the 311 interface.
In this position, you will engage for 130 business days, focusing on developing key frontend components and service request functionalities. Close collaboration with City teams and vendors is essential to achieve compliance with governance and security measures.
