Job Description

The Role

This is a remote working post – you can choose to work fully remote (you can also choose to work from the office or hybrid). Please note that there will be a requirement for the post holder to attend occasional Aberystwyth University events and staff meetings on campus (e.g. Applicant Events, Clearing).

The post-holder will take a senior role within the Global Marketing and Student Recruitment department (GMSR) and be responsible for leading the University's student recruitment CRM strategy, spanning the prospective student journey from enquiry through to enrolment. The post-holder will apply CRM methodologies to build solutions that shape our lead generation, conversion, and recruitment activities.

The post-holder will play a key role ensuring that marketing campaigns are effective, suitably targeted and delivered through our CRM systems to maximise recruitment outcomes.
