Responsibilities

  • Overall design, management, execution and review of campaigns aligned with the mandates.
  • Accountable for assigned program and overall portfolio governance and profitability.
  • Responsible for targeted customer experience planning.
  • Plan and develop CRM use cases (strategies, mechanics, targeting, offers, etc.), backlog, and user stories that support key strategic imperatives assigned to the squad.
  • Spearhead design of targeted customer experience in campaigns, backed by customer insight and data.
  • Performs regular mechanics updates and improvements to ensure program relevance and attractiveness.
