Responsibilities
- Overall design, management, execution and review of campaigns aligned with the mandates.
- Accountable for assigned program and overall portfolio governance and profitability.
- Responsible for targeted customer experience planning.
- Plan and develop CRM use cases (strategies, mechanics, targeting, offers, etc.), backlog, and user stories that support key strategic imperatives assigned to the squad.
- Spearhead design of targeted customer experience in campaigns, backed by customer insight and data.
- Performs regular mechanics updates and improvements to ensure program relevance and attractiveness.
