We’re looking for a CRM Manager with iGaming experience who knows how to build personalized communications, analyze retention metrics, and launch campaigns that keep players coming back again and again.

Requirements

🧭 What makes you a great match:

  • 2+ years of experience as a CRM Manager in iGaming;
  • Hands-on experience with Smartico: setting up missions, badges, tournaments, segmentation, and communication logic — required;
  • Understanding of key retention metrics and strong analytical skills;
  • Knowledge of structures and mechanics of personalized communication;
  • Experience building automated and trigger-based campaign flows;
  • Confident user of Customer.io, Braze, Smartico, or similar platforms;
  • Copywriting skills and basic HTML for email templates;
  • Experience working with Tier 1 markets — a plus.
