Job Description
- 10-12 plus years experience in SAP delivery management primarily
- Client facing and handling multiple stakeholders
- Handling SoWs, Deals, renewals
- Ensuring Project deliverables quality in compliance as per the scope of SoWs
- Team management and ensuring high levels of productivity
- Well experienced with latest automations, Gen AI levers for productivity /Value adds/Improvements
- Drive delivery of committed work and/or major projects through program and cross-program coordination using metrics and data to inform status
- Own communication and report status on program delivery at a regular cadence Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly etc
- Manage program risks and issues and escalate impediments
