Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Strategize and create retention and growth campaigns within the app, push notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, Emails, and other CRM channels.
Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Services) to establish growth strategies to support the revenue and retention goals.
Build Email and WhatsApp Lead Generation customer journeys and campaigns
Plan and execute targeted campaigns for product launches, festive sales, and other strategic initiatives.
Track performance metrics of each campaign. Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings of the campaigns.
Understanding of creative content and bringing more creative ideas to enhance campaign performance.
Collaborate with the Graphic team to enhance creatives of each campaign.
