We seek a strategic CRM Lead to drive lifecycle, automation, and campaign optimization across our platform. Location Position based in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo. Key Responsibilities CRM Strategy & Business Alignment : Plan and execute CRM campaigns (onboarding, retention, reactivation, promotions) that align with business KPIs (LTV, retention, conversion); localise and optimise lifecycle flows for the Brazilian market; ensure compliance with gambling regulations.
