Job Description

Overview:


The CRM Key User provides Level 2 global support and administration for Sales Tools including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, PRM, and Anaplan. This role partners closely with Sales, IT, and Business teams to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and strong user adoption across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 2 support for CRM/PRM tools via email, chat, and phone
  • Resolve issues related to Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, and Forecasting
  • Manage cases in MD365/Salesforce queues and coordinate with IT and vendors
  • Support Anaplan forecasting and opportunity pipeline management
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and email templates
  • Deliver onboarding and refresher training for global sales teams
  • Support Partner Relationship Management (PRM) data and access
  • Test CRM enhancements and contribute to continuous process improvements
