Job Description
Overview:
The CRM Key User provides Level 2 global support and administration for Sales Tools including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, PRM, and Anaplan. This role partners closely with Sales, IT, and Business teams to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and strong user adoption across regions.
Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 2 support for CRM/PRM tools via email, chat, and phoneResolve issues related to Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, and ForecastingManage cases in MD365/Salesforce queues and coordinate with IT and vendorsSupport Anaplan forecasting and opportunity pipeline managementCreate and maintain reports, dashboards, and email templatesDeliver onboarding and refresher training for global sales teamsSupport Partner Relationship Management (PRM) data and accessTest CRM enhancements and contribute to continuous process improvementsR...
