CRM Intern

• Assist the CRM team in managing and executing daily CRM campaigns.
• Prepare and send CRM channel performance reports and analyze results for improvements and optimization (e.g Push notifications, Pop Up Banner & WhatsApp).
• Copywriting for CRM campaigns; Write and optimize copy for push notifications and other CRM touchpoints.
• Support customer data analysis for segmentation and personalization of campaigns to boost customer retention and engagement.
• Ensure customer data quality by assisting in updating and maintaining the CRM database.
• Generate campaign and copywriting performance reports to evaluate which ones perform best and identify areas for improvement.

Requirement

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Management, Business, Communication, or related fields
