Overview

The CRM Executive will coordinate and execute CRM projects and campaigns, serve as the main point of contact with stakeholders, and ensure quality is delivered across all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the CRM team with day-to-day tasks
  • Coordinate, set up and deliver all CRM campaigns, AB tests, and automated programs
  • Execute campaigns across multiple channels including newsletters, direct mail, and SMS
  • Ensure quality in translations, content, artwork, bonuses, newsletters, and landing pages
  • Handle lists and segmentation
  • Liaise with customer service
  • Monitor and evaluate campaigns
  • Create and distribute surveys
  • Provide feedback on CRM tools
  • Coordinate with design and content teams

Qualifications

  • Experience in CRM campaign management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Fluency in English
