Their responsibility is to maximise the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer care. They are the liaison between employees and the CRM software .CRM managers perform the following duties: Assess customer needs, evaluate customer satisfaction and optimise customer services. Manage CRM systems and develop metrics to measure customer service success. Communicate with clients directly and resolve any customer issues . Experience Should be in Jewellery Industry .
