CRM Executive (Remote, CET Hours)

Experience: 3+ years in CRM operations/administration

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer the CRM: user setup, permissions, fields, workflows, and data quality checks.
  • Support CRM integrations with tools such as email marketing, accounting, or event/membership platforms and coordinate with vendors/tech teams when needed.
  • Execute and support campaigns (email/SMS/newsletters) from the CRM, including audience segmentation, list building, and basic A/B tests.
  • Build and update dashboards and reports on membership/donor activity, engagement, renewals, and key KPIs.
  • Perform ongoing data entry, cleaning, deduplication, and enrichment to keep contact and organization records accurate and complete.
