We’re looking for aCRM Data Operations Team Leaderto own the quality, governance, and integrity of Salesforce data across Progress’ commercial ecosystem. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Data Stewards and Analysts to ensure our CRM remains a trusted, AI-ready system of record that powers Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive decision-making.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Enterprise Apps, and Data & Analytics to maintain clean Account and Contact data, govern our 4-level Account Hierarchy, manage deduplication workflows, and ensure accurate Sales Coverage and territory routing.
