Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented contractor to help organize and classify approximately 5,000 company records inside our CRM system (SigParser).
This is a structured data cleanup and categorization project. You will review company records directly inside the system and assign them to the correct category based on provided reference lists and written rules.
Accuracy is far more important than speed.
Scope of Work
* Review ~5,000 company records directly inside our CRM
* Assign the appropriate category from a predefined list
* Follow structured decision rules carefully
* Mark any record as Uncertain if not fully confident

* Strong attention to detail
* Comfortable reviewing company websites and LinkedIn profiles
* Able to follow written rules precisely
