The CRM & Customer Data Manager plays a critical role in driving AI-powered customer data and CRM initiatives that elevate personalization, lifecycle engagement, and overall customer experience. This position leads the strategic use of CRM platforms, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights to support highly personalized engagement—particularly for Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.

Working closely with lifecycle managers, marketing, and data teams, the role ensures customer data is governed, secure, and compliant with privacy regulations, while enabling impactful, customer-centric strategies.
