Overview

Requirements

• Strong experience in data-driven marketing / CRM / Customer Value Management (CVM).
• Knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar.
• Experience with personalization, segmentation, and customer journeys.
• Familiarity with AI applied to marketing (recommendation, content generation, decisioning).
• Data-driven creativity.
• Strong sense of ownership (end-to-end).
• Ability to operate with speed and pragmatism.
• Builder profile — not just an operator.
