CRM Coordinator / Assistant / Associate (Email & SMS)

Location: Remote (Eastern Time working hours preferred)
Reports to: CRM Manager or Head of Lifecycle Marketing

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Coordinator / Assistant / Associate to support our CRM and Lifecycle Marketing efforts across email and SMS. This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone who loves process-driven work, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys collaborating cross-functionally to ensure campaigns launch flawlessly.

You'll work closely with CRM, creative, marketing, and data teams to build, QA, and deploy campaigns that support customer engagement and retention.
