Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, document, and refine business processes and requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure effective communication and successful solution implementation.
  • Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for Dynamics 365 (CE) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
