Propstar Technologies is hiring a CRM Administrator to manage, customize, and enhance our CRM platform. This role requires close collaboration with management and development teams to deliver efficient, scalable CRM solutions that support business growth.
What You'll Do
Customize and configure CRM systems (Sales & Service modules)
Develop and maintain Flows, Workflows, and Approval Processes
Build dashboards, reports, and automation solutions
Manage data integrity, migrations, and duplicate controls
Configure security settings, profiles, permission sets, and roles
Support integrations, third-party apps, and Web-to-Lead functionality
Document work and communicate progress clearly and efficiently
What We're Looking For
Certified CRM / Salesforce Administrator
Strong expertise in Lightning Experience or modern CRM interfaces
Hands-on experience with CRM automation and security controls
