WHAT YOU'LL DO
Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Develop and maintain Flows, Workflows, and Approval Processes
Build dashboards, reports, and automation solutions
Manage data integrity, migrations, and duplicate controls
Configure security settings, profiles, permission sets, and roles
Support integrations, AppExchange applications, and Web-to-Lead
Document system changes and communicate progress clearly
