About the Role:
Join our friendly and growing team at Professional Picture Hanging as a Virtual Administrative Assistant You'll be working full-time from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sydney time, directly supporting our operations and helping us keep everything running smoothly, youll be apart of our team and work alongside Sharron our sales manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with our installers and coordinate their availability.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for any complaints and handle rescheduling for installers or customers as needed.
  • Handle day-to-day questions from installers, manage bookings via our booking software (Tradify), and respond to emails and quotes.
  • Organise our CRM (Upsourced), which is built on go high level to keep everything streamlined and efficient.
  • Book in jobs, order materials, run scorecards, and keep track of job schedules and invoices...
