The Data Center Engineering Operations Technician (EOT) operates and maintains electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment in Amazon data centers, ensuring mission‑critical infrastructure achieves 99.999 % uptime and providing high‑quality service to internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment within the data center/facility.
• Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC, voice/data, chiller systems, and generators.
• Maintain and monitor all data‑center systems, including incidents, problems, changes, and monitoring, with escalation and resolution procedures.
