Job Description

The Critical Facilities Manager (CFM) will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all critical infrastructure systems across a hyperscale data center building. The Critical Facilities Manager is primarily responsible for developing their team of 10-15 highly respected, well-trained, and customer-focused Critical Engineering Technicians (CETs). The CFM drives CET performance through hands-on leadership, technical guidance, and a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. The CFM will lead daily operations and maintenance of critical infrastructure systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, HVAC, fire suppression, etc.) for a hyperscale data center building. The CFM will leverage his or her extensive experience to guide their respective team through all challenging aspects of maintenance in areas such as ...
