Lead transformative community services as the CRCL Program Manager with AVI Health & Community Services in Victoria, BC. Drive strategic initiatives in crisis response and harm reduction practice.
Responsibilities include overseeing operational systems within the crisis care initiative, managing daily functions, and ensuring that service delivery aligns with established policies and best practices. Working under a joint leadership model, you'll collaborate closely with the CRCL Manager to foster a supportive and safe environment for all staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
