Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is actively seeking crisis clinicians to become an integral part of a growing continuum of behavioral health care services. This posting is for the new Crisis Stabilization (23 hour, 59 min stay) program, which is a short term, high intensity program that accepts walk ins and first responder drop offs for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Responsibilities include multidisciplinary team-based care, completing comprehensive risk assessments, supporting and following legal requirements, de-escalation and crisis resolution, engagement in milieu, brief therapeutic support and intervention, group facilitation, care coordination, and understanding of social determinants of health.
