Our client is an established offshore and marine services provider supporting international energy and offshore projects. With a fleet of offshore support and accommodation vessels operating globally, we are seeking a dedicated Crewing Executive to manage crew operations and ensure smooth vessel deployment.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

Crew Planning & Deployment

  • Plan and coordinate crew changes for offshore vessels
  • Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of crew
  • Arrange travel, visas, work permits and medical clearances
  • Monitor crew rotation schedules and relief planning

Recruitment & Manning

  • Source and recruit qualified seafarers in compliance with STCW and flag state requirements
  • Maintain an updated crew database and manpower pool
