Crewing Coordinator

Argeo is seeking a Crewing Coordinator to join our team, providing essential support to our offshore crews. This role ensures the safe, compliant, and efficient coordination of crew scheduling, training, and recruitment in collaboration with crewing and discipline managers. You will be key in managing crew logistics, training, and documentation to meet both legal and client expectations.
- Ensure crew assigned to projects are compliant with legislation and client expectations
- Support in tax registration, expenses and timekeeping for Payroll purposes
- Coordinate with manning agencies and freelancers
- Support with recruitment of crew
- Coordinate and maintain training programs & course bookings for crew
- Responsible for regular communication with crew
- Invoice and cost control
- Travel bookings, crew changes and point of contact for travel agencies
- Manage and arrange for crew documentation (CVs, certificates, visas, seaman’s book, work permits, etc)
