Crew Supervisor – Coating Technicians

We are seeking a Crew Supervisor – Coating Technicians to oversee coating operations and lead a team of skilled technicians in the execution of robotic coating services. The Supervisor will ensure that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while meeting client and project requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
•Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of coating technicians.
•Ensure safe and effective execution of coating operations on pipelines, refineries, and plant piping systems.
•Monitor work progress, resolve operational issues, and provide technical guidance to the team.
•Inspect completed work for compliance with quality standards and project specifications.•
