Overview

A Crew Member in a coffee shop is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
  • Handle food preparation, including sandwiches, pastries, and snacks
  • Operate cash registers, process payments, and give correct change

Qualifications

  • Must be atleast high school graduate
  • Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
  • Good with customer service is an edge
  • With or without experience
  • Full time workers only
  • Willing to work on shifting hours
  • With valid original barangay and police clearance
