Viva Aerobus in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Crew Support specialist to assist the Crew Controller and ensure 72-hour flight coverage. You will monitor crew schedules, assign crew in line with regulations, and manage last-minute changes to keep operations smooth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, advanced English, and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Availability for rotating shifts and travel may be required.
