• Provide information about Marriott Bonvoy and hotel services
• Manage room reservations, billing, and payments
• Collaborate with the Front Office team and management
• Ensure warm, efficient, and professional guest service

What’s in your toolkit?

• Hospitality experience is a big plus – especially if you’re familiar with Opera PMS
• Smooth operator in customer relations – guests love your vibe and can‑do attitude
• Killer communication skills, an eye for detail, and bilingual (German and English; other languages a cherry on top)
