The Crew Manager is responsible for the end to end management of the employee life cycle. They are primarily responsible for resource management across our global artist workforce; ensuring optimum utilization targets are met, crew have a positive employee experience and that projects have their resource requirements met. Crew Managers are part of the CrewManagement vertical and are the face of the business work of our artist workforce.
