Crew Manager

Are you looking for an opportunity to be at the heart of crew operations? At **OSM Thome Norway,**we are currently seeking **(1) Crew Manager**to join our team in **Arendal**. In this role, you will work closely with the crew, vessels, customers, and teams to ensure smooth sailing every step of the way. Additionally, you will be responsible for the performance of the day-to-day activities towards the crew, vessels budget, cost of operation, eCrew data quality, system data quality, operational KPIs, and ensuring compliance.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Communication with customers, vessels, and additional parties related to the vessels assigned
- Responsible for the entire crew operations towards assigned customer(s) and customer’s vessel(s)
- Follow up crew planning procedures and inform all parties involved as per OSM Thome Policies
