The Assistant Managers are a valuable and vital member of our team.  As an Assistant Manager your role is to make our customer's lives easier.  You will be responsible to manage, direct and train restaurant staff while you work hands-on along-side of them.  Your goal is to ensure outstanding service, properly prepared products, a clean and organized operations following all safety and security practices while following Little Caesars processes and procedures.  As a manager you must be proactive rather than reactive.

Your role will also be vital to the success of the business because you will also need to operate your shifts so that we build sales and control costs, run a safe operation while we serve the customer.  Additional responsibilities include following proper cash and banking procedures.
