Crew Controller

CityJet is seeking a highly capable Crew Controller to join its Operations Control Centre. This is a shift-based role covering a 24-hour operation, responsible for the effective day-to-day resourcing of Pilot and Cabin Crew in line with the CityJet flying programme. The Crew Controller plays a critical role in maintaining operational integrity by ensuring all crewing decisions comply with EASA Flight Time Limitations (FTL), Fatigue Risk Management (FRM), and Company Labour Agreements (CLA), while prioritising safety, punctuality, and cost efficiency.
