Crew Assistant

The position is mainly established for the purpose of supporting the Crew Team. In general, the Crew Assistant handles all matters related to the crew staff as well as the effective and efficient management of all crew related functions within the company. The main responsibility is to ensure that the Group fleet is manned with adequate qualified, skilled, certificated and medically fit seafarers in accordance with national and international requirements, as well as the high standards the Group set up. The position is responsible for supporting all crewing activities including seafarers employment, staffing, compensation, training and development.
