- Coordinate crew planning and scheduling for offshore projects and operations.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and crew databases.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, visas, and transportation for offshore personnel.
- Monitor certification, training, and medical validity of crew members.
- Ensure compliance with maritime, immigration, and company regulations.
- Prepare and process crew changes and mobilisation documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for crew-related administrative inquiries.
- MBO working and thinking level (secondary vocational education level).
- Strong communication skills and a solid administrative background.
