Job Description


  • Coordinate crew planning and scheduling for offshore projects and operations.

  • Maintain accurate personnel records and crew databases.

  • Arrange travel, accommodation, visas, and transportation for offshore personnel.

  • Monitor certification, training, and medical validity of crew members.

  • Ensure compliance with maritime, immigration, and company regulations.

  • Prepare and process crew changes and mobilisation documentation.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for crew-related administrative inquiries.
