This position involves direct support to the Director of Operations and various executives, ensuring their complex priorities are met with efficiency. You'll engage in calendar management, meeting coordination, and expense reconciliation while contributing to office operations and event planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate complex scheduling for senior executives
• Manage and submit timely expense reports
• Assist in organizing client events and company outings
• Coordinate logistics for conferences and other engagements
• Support miscellaneous administrative tasks as required
